Amanda Bynes 2014: Actress Continues Showing Healthier Side After Being Spotted Leaving A Thousand Oaks Gym? [VIDEO]
The behaviors she exhibited during 2013 appear to be long behind Amanda Bynes, as the former actress turned fashion design student continues to show a remarkable change in both her appearance and behavior since being released from a rehab facility late last year.

The 28-year-old was spotted leaving the gym Cardio Barre in Thousand Oaks May 29, looking happy and healthy as she headed back out to the street.
Her blonde waves were styled down and she sported shades and a smile as she headed back to her car after the workout. She also sported a black shirt and leggings, flip-flops, and a ring on her right hand.

Though she didn't speak to reporters herself, E! News quoted the Cardio Barre website, which counts Bynes as one of its regular celebrity customers.
"I have been coming to Cardio Barre for 6 years. It is an amazing workout that tones, tightens, and is so much fun at the same time! I am a huge fan!" a quote from Bynes says on the site.
Other celebrity clients of the gym, which combines ballet-inspired moves with light weights and other exercises, include Marissa Jaret Winokur, Melissa Gilbert, Samantha Harris, Nia Vardalos, Melissa Hart Wilkerson, Ashlee Simpson and Dakota Fanning.
Leaving the gym is the latest sighting of Bynes that has shown her in a dramatically different way from how she was perceived just one year ago. Her latest twitter activity on May 16 showed she had reunited with her older sister, Jillian Joyce, who was one of many victims of Bynes' famous Twitter tirades last year.
In June of last year, the actress slammed her older sister's looks in a tweet aimed for Canadian rapper Drake.
"My sister Jillian Has An Ugly Face Don't Worry Drake," she wrote at the time.
Calling people "Ugly" was a popular insult Bynes slammed various other celebs and her family members with at the time.
Bynes consistently made headlines last year for increasingly erratic behaviors, her bizarre tweets and for changing her look with various colored wigs and cheek piercings. After setting a fire in a driveway in her hometown of Thousand Oaks, Calif. she was placed under an involuntary psychiatric hold at an L.A. hospital before being transferred to a rehab facility. She was released from the facility in December 2013.
At the time of her hospitalization, it was reported that the actress had been diagnosed with both schizophrenia and bipolar disorders, though her mother has since claimed that her daughter was never diagnosed with the disorders and her behaviors were all a result of marijuana usage.
"Amanda has no mental illness whatsoever," Lynn Bynes told E! News April 9. "She has never been diagnosed as schizophrenic or bipolar. Amanda is very sorry for all the hurtful tweets, statements and actions that occurred while she was under the influence of marijuana."
Amanda's lawyer also refuted claims the actress had been diagnosed with the disorders, and said she is now off any medications and has been marijuana-free for nine months.
"Amanda is currently on zero medication," Tamar Arminak told People. "She's devoted to living her life as healthy as possible. She's never had a history of abusing alcohol or hard drugs, and she's proud to say she has been marijuana-free for the past nine months."
