Even celebrities have trouble moving a house in a tough market.
Tim McGraw and Faith Hill Divorce Rumors
Famed singers Tim McGraw and Faith Hill married in 1996. In spite of divorce and infidelity rumors, both of which they have adamantly denied, the couple's primary misfortune seems to be when it comes to real estate.
McGraw is originally from Louisiana, while Hill was born in Mississippi. According to Taste of Country, McGraw and Hill purchased the property in Franklin, Tenn. in 2004. They moved to their present residence in 2009, but have remained unsuccessful in selling their previous home.

The house was listed as a farm subdivision through Fridrich and Clark Realty, LLC. at $2.9 million dollars as of May 2013. The current listing price is $20,000,000.
The six bedroom residence was built in 1950 and is measured at 3,330 square feet. There is also a swimming pool.
The country music couple currently live in Nashville with their three daughters, Audrey, Maggie, and Gracie. The couple has mentioned wanting five children when they first met, but have since changed their minds. Even if they had wanted more children at the time of the move, more space hardly seems to have been the reason for selling.
There are no reports indicating why the residence hasn't sold, though they are asking for more than they originally paid for it back in 2004.
The fact that the residence is still on the market indicates that McGraw and Hill are no in great hurry to dispose of the home.
