The actress has to give Aubry $16,000 a month in child support for their 6-year-old daughter Nahla as well as paying for her tuition, according to The Associated Press. Berry, 47, and Aubry, 38, who have 50-50 joint custody, will divide the expenses for health care. The agreement was approved on May 30 by Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon.
The former pair dealt with a lot of drama following their breakup in 2010. They reached an agreement in 2012 for shared custody. Yet, the French-Canadian model blocked Berry's request to move to France with their child and then-fiancé Olivier Martinez. (Martinez was living in the country at the time.)

Berry and Martinez wed in July 2013 and in October welcomed their first child, son Maceo. Although she doesn't often comment on her personal life, Berry spoke about her husband's new role on the ABC show Revenge.
"I'm going to follow his little arc along. I'm very proud of him," she told Extra in March. "I think he's delicious."
She also revealed how she's balancing life at home and working on her new TV series Extant. "That's what I'm learning to do, I'm trying to right now, find the balance," she said. "My baby is always with me on the set. I bring my daughter after school. I have a nursery there, a playroom for her, so I try to make it as nice as I can for them to spend time with them and see them."
