More Characters To Die On Downton Abbey?
On Tuesday, The Hollywood Reporter posted a story on Michelle Dockery, who's known for playing the iconic Lady Mary on the series. She revealed that despite any reports of quitting the series, she is very much planning on stick around for a good while.
"It amuses me more than anything because it's all speculation, and I think it's down to the fact the show has such a popularity," the actress said. "But no, I'm here till the end, whenever that may be."
Thomas Will Have Something To Smile About?
This gives some anticipation on when the show will be going off the air since one of the main actresses doesn't even have an idea on when that could happen.
Executive producer Gareth Neame recently told Express that the British drama could potentially go off the air in 2018.
"The question as to where it ends is something we will think very carefully about," he said. "It will not be 10 years and we are filming series five now."
Series creator Julian Fellowes mentioned that he plans to keep the remainder of the series in pretty much the same way they should be.
"Every show has its own rules and as long as you stick to those rules, you do not disappoint," he said.
Downton Abbey Season 5 is expected to premiere in January 2015 on PBS.
