Robin Thicke's New Album to Be Named 'Paula' as He Continues to Try to Make it Work
Robin Thicke's new video, Get Her Back, is vulnerable, visually stunning, creative and a bit gory at times. The 37-year-old R&B crooner is known to put his good looks and smooth voice on display, but in this video a new element of blood comes into play. Many fans have scratched their heads trying to figure out why, since the premiere on Vevo this morning.
Earlier this year Paula Patton and Robin Thicke announced their seemingly inevitable separation. After a relationship that spanned more than 20 years, one of the hottest couples in pop culture split because of Thicke's flirtatious and public run-ins with unknown females. So, it is not surprising that fans are not sure what to make of his new video, as some are still wondering why he jeaprodized his marriage in the first place.

Though Patton has been very private about her feelings on the situation, her estranged partner made a public vow to get her back. After announcing that his new album would be titled Paula and baring his soul during his emotional Billboard Awards performance, the obvious next step would be to release a video chronicling exactly what happened.
Throughout the three minute and 43 second video, numerous text messages appear that could have been how the couples' last few conversations played out during their real-life separation; "We had everything", "You drink too much", and "You embarrassed me" are only a few of the many messages featured in the Thicke's latest plea for his wife's affection. However, after Thicke's public wild spell, Paula definitely deserved to throw a few statements like these around.
There has been no word on how Patton feels about the album title or the video, but she did tell Vanity Fair that "...there's a deep love there - always was, and always will be," back in March.
Hopefully with everything that Thicke is doing, he will actually Get Her Back.
