'Dance Moms' News 2014: Abby Lee Miller Confirms Surprise Engagement To Michael Padula [VIDEO]
Abby Lee Miller is not one to share details if her personal life, so it came as a surprise for fans when the Dance Moms star confirmed her surprise engagement to fiancé Michael Padula.

According to his Twitter account, Padula is a huge Dance Moms fan who is also a voiceover actor and Native New Yorker. There are several photos of him and Miller posted on his social media account as well.
Miller spilled the beans to talk show host Wendy Williams and said that she is "looking for a big, thick band" for her wedding ring.

When Williams showed a picture of Miller's new fiancé on a big screen for the audience, the controversial dance star said, "That's my Michael, but I have a lot of hot men in my life. I surround myself with beautiful men."
Even though it's taken her quite some time to confirm her engagement, Miller admits that she won't be officially tying the knot soon, as she is still mourning the death of her late mother, who passed away earlier this year. Miller does admit, though, that she and Padula "rushed" their engagement for her mother.
"We rushed into things because my mom was ill," she said. "I think it was kinda like she would be at peace if she knew I had someone to take care of me."
Miller will next be seen on the small screen in Abby's Studio Rescue, where she plans to "fine-tune choreography, find the right staff, schedule classes, deals with overbearing moms and renovate studio space" in order to save businesses in need. The show airs every Tuesday at 9 p.m. EST/PST on Lifetime.
