Instagram superstar Jen Selter added some new images to her page that shows off two different styles, involving hard work and being seductive.

On Monday, she put up an image where her head is cut out, but the rest of her body is in plain sight. She's wearing a black sports bra with white sweatpants and orange sneakers as she holds a weight in each hand. Her cleavage and abs are completely exposed as she appears to prepare for a hard workout.

Selter captioned the image, "Have you gotten your Monday workout in yet? Check out my FB page for fitness tips, motivation, and workouts! @iamfitmiss."

While this image flaunted the model's muscles and her determined energy to stay fit at the gym, she added another picture that shows her taking a break by the pool. She wears a white bikini as she sits on a blue towel with her knees bent. She strikes a supermodel-like pose with her hand in her hair and her eyes facing down.

Selter currently has more than three million followers on Instagram, and is getting close to four million. Most of her pictures show flexed muscles as well as feminine poses. Another picture shows the model standing in a building in pink lingerie. Her abs draw out the eye as she looks down at the view with a hand once again through her hair.

Another ab shot of Selter shows her lying down in a black and white bikini, showing off those washboard muscles once again.
