New Details On Upcoming Carrie Underwood Album
The Oklahoma native, who currently resides in Nashville, Tenn. with NHL husband Mike Fisher, posted a close-up photo on Instagram last night of her dog, Penny, staring off into the distance. "Um… what?" read the caption. Based on the door, papers, and cabinets the star appeared to be standing in her own home.
Underwood is the proud "mama" of two small dogs, Penny and Ace. The star is known for posting photos of her little ones, who for now serve as her and Fisher's "children" until the pair are ready to have kids of their own. She is an active animal advocate, much like her Somethin' Bad duet partner Miranda Lambert, and has appeared in a number of videos throughout the years promoting pet adoption.
