Instagram model Jen Selter added a new photo to her page that shows off her motivation for another pre-workout.

The picture that was posted on Monday shows Selter standing outside as she sets one foot on top of a rock and the other on the grass. She wears a black top with small shorts that expose her muscular backside and bold legs. She lets her arms out as she looks like she's boasting in celebration for a good exercise routine.

Selter became a famous hit on the Internet with her pictures that show her at the gym or in bikinis by the pool. Earlier this week, she put up a snapshot of herself in a pink swimsuit as she leans against a wall. The image has two opposite shots of the model as a majority of her skin is exposed.

Even though the model spends a lot of her tme at the gym, she revealed to The Huffington Post that she does in fact have other hobbies.

"While taking time off from my busy life of #seltering, I enjoy shopping, going out with friends, reading, and simply just hanging out with my family," Selter said. "Although I am very social, I also love my alone time. I think spending time alone is very important."

The model also mentioned that her ultimate beauty tip is to drink plenty of water.
