Instagram's most popular model Jen Selter is in Las Vegas celebrating her 21st birthday where she received a special present based on her latest picture.

On Friday, the model took to her social media page to post a photo of herself in front of The Mirage Hotel and Casino. She stands by the fountain holding an array of balloons in all sorts of colors. Each balloon apparently represents each year she's been alive.

"21 balloons for the most unforgettable 21st birthday in Sin City!!" Selter wrote in the caption. "Thank you so much for all of the birthday love. #Time2Party #BdayWeekend."

What also stands out about this photo is the elegant vibe the model gives off. She wears a tight pink dress with black high heels, exposing her legs. Her face is slightly covered, but a smile can still be seen on her face.

Selter currently has more than four million followers on Instagram, making her one of the biggest celebrities the Internet has ever come across. Another picture shows her sitting near a body of water in a white top and purple bikini bottoms with a pink bow attached. She looks up towards the clouds as a boat strolls by with three people on it.

"Windy," the model wrote for the caption as her long dark hair can be seen blowing around.

Selter also posted an advertisement for her big extravaganza in Las Vegas for the weekend. Friday night consisted of a nightclub while Saturday was at the beach.
