They've been strictly platonic friends for a while now, but following individual recent heartbreaks, rumors continue to emerge claiming that model Cara Delevingne and Selena Gomez are romantically involved.

The two first sparked rumors they were getting closer when they celebrated Gomez's 22nd birthday together in St. Tropez last month-and since then, they've reportedly only gotten closer.
OK! magazine reports that the singer/actress has developed serious feelings for the model, and the two are dating after Gomez's latest break-up with on-again/off-again boyfriend Justin Bieber.

Sources told the magazine that the two women have been "very affectionate" since choosing to explore things more romantically.
"It seems like they're in a relationship," the source added.
And though Gomez reportedly only began hanging out with Delevingne in an effort to make her ex jealous, she has since developed real feelings for the model, who is coming off a recent break-up of her own with actress Michelle Rodriguez-and has been forced to watch as her former girlfriend moves on in a high-profile public romance with actor Zac Efron.
Regardless of the relationship between the two, one friend of Gomez's who could support her because she'd finally be moving on from the tumultuous relationship she's had with Bieber is singer Taylor Swift-who famously feuded with her best friend after she began seeing him again.
According to Hollywood Life, Swift is both proud of Gomez and relieved that she has finally ditched Bieber for good.
"Taylor and Selena have been talking a lot more now that Justin is out of the picture," a source told the website. "She's so relieved that Selena finally came to her senses and dumped Justin. She is so proud of Selena and how she's been handling the break-up."
However, though Swift may be proud of Gomez for ending things with Bieber, she may want to have some say in who her friend dates next-and the model may not be on the list.
"She's been trying to set Selena up with some really cool guys that she may be interested in," another source previously told the website.
