Dark Knight Shooting: Colorado Massacre Survivor Victim's Bloody Photos
In a massacre where most were left for dead, Christopher Rapoza of Brooklyn, NY was one of the fortunate ones to escape. The young man recently posted some photos show just how close he was to death after the Aurora Colorado shooting.
"I am one of the 50 wounded in the aurora theatre shooting," the victim wrote on a site called IGUR under his alias name "themurderator."
"Here are a few photos of my lucky but nonetheless terrifying brush with death. My thoughts go out to those less fortunate than me."
Realizing many may post similar message with bogus claims, the brush with death victim posted the following:
"No one will believe me until I post the picture, but I was there and I was shot... Well, grazed really.
"I'm doing all right just a little shook up. Me and my girlfriend waited until it seemed the shooting was finished so we were some of the last people out of the theatre and there was a lot of blood."
The graphic and gory survivor posted pics include a close up of where the bullet broke his skin and another of him lying in the hospital.
Just after the James Holmes shooting, at around 4am, Rapoza had also written the following on his Facebook:
"Perry and I were just at a midnight showing of Batman in Colorado when some f***ing psycho decided to open fire on the crowd. I was grazed in the back with a bullet but am fine. Perry is unscathed, but unfortunately has lost her shoes. A lot of other people weren't so lucky."
Let's all put our hearts and prayers with the victim's families and hope that justice is properly served for the murders.
