It looks like things continue to look good for Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard during their first summer together as a married couple. The reality television stars, who are currently on a road trip with friends, shared a new photo with Dillard's mother while making a stop at the Lakeside Women's Retreat.

Just last week, the 19 Kids & Counting stars were on hand for their friends wedding while in Knoxville. Just last week, Duggar shared a new photo of her and her sister Jessa Duggar enjoying lunch together in her new home on her social media account for her fans on Monday. Many fans are speculating that Jessa might have gotten engaged to her long time boyfriend Ben Seewald as she is hiding her left hand in the pic along with her sister referring her to "Jessa Seewald" rather than Jessa Duggar.
