New Jersey State Police have now released new footage from comedian Tracy Morgan's tragic June car accident.

Tracy Morgan 'Struggling' To Get Better, According to Lawyer

On Wednesady, the police department posted new Dash cam footage from the accident on their official website here. Morgan was critically injured in a car crash on June 7 while riding in a limo on the New Jersey Turnpike. A Walmart truck hit the limo that Morgan and his party were riding in. According to CNN, Morgan, 45, suffered broken ribs, a broken nose and a broken leg. Morgan's friend and fellow comedian James McNair was killed in the crash. Kevin Roper, 35, who was driving the truck, pleaded not guilty to charges of vehicular homicide and assault by auto.

On The Today Show show this week, Morgan's lawyer Benedict Morelli admitted it's been really hard for the 30 Rock star to get better. "He's still struggling, but he's a fighter," attorney Morelli said. "He's had issues before that he's fought through, and he's fighting hard."

Morgan is also setting up a lawsuit against Walmart for his summer accident. "[Roper] works for Walmart, and I'm going to show, if I have to in court, that that's the culture, that that's what they set up," Morelli said about why he's going after the company. "They know and, by the way, he isn't the only driver that drives hundreds of miles to get to work. They have to make sure that this doesn't happen."
