Since her decision to leave her station of over 23 years, Hot 97, Martinez has been working hard to make sure her new show is just as successful at Power 105.1 by interviewing the biggest names in the industry.

According to reports, one of those interviews resulted in trouble for the interviewee. Just days before rapper Remy Ma's comeback, Martinez conducted an exclusive phone interview with her from jail. Days later, Remy's original prison release date (Aug. 1) was pushed back. Blogs and sites speculated that the call got her in trouble at the prison, but Angie let us know how she feels about the rumors and more in our new interview.
