Kim Kardashian walked the red carpet at The Royal Opera House with husband Kanye West wearing an eye-catching outfit. North West's mother showed off her curves in a sheer beaded skirt by Ralph & Russo, an Atsuko Kudo latex bodysuit and Tom Ford heels.
The reality star, 33, posed for photos with the rapper, 37, and the two also got affectionate on the red carpet.

Kardashian received the night's penultimate award for Woman of the Year and thanked her husband in her acceptance speech.
"What a huge, huge, huge honor to win Woman of the Year," she said. "And, I want to thank my husband for making me feel like the Woman of the Year every single day."
But, Kardashian wasn't too happy when the host and British GQ editor, Dylan Jones, didn't include her married name in her introduction.
"Our next winner is quite simply one of the most famous women in the world. She's glamorous, omnipotent and beautiful," he said. "She is properly Coca-Cola famous. Who else could we give it to this year? Ladies and gentlemen please give a huge GQ round of applause to our Woman of the Year, Kim Kardashian."
"It's Kim Kardashian West, though," the British GQ cover girl said after receiving the honor.
