Brittany Murphy Movie 2014; 'Something Wicked' and Lifetime Biopic to Bring Back Memories of Young Actress [VIDEO]
Five years after her untimely death, Brittany Murphy will star in her last feature film, “Something Wicked”, coming to theaters this week.
Actress Brittany Murphy shot the film six months before she died of cardiac arrest and pneumonia. The 32-year-old plays the role of a therapist named Susan who becomes jealous of a young, beautiful woman who is about to be married. The two minute and 32 second trailer is intense, as the pyshco-thriller weaves in and out of scenes with screaming, suffering and violence. It becomes confusing to tell who or what is hurting the main characters, but it is definitely an interesting plot.
The movie will open in various theaters in Nevada and Southern California, later this week.
Simultaneously, Lifetime networks will air The Brittany Murphy Story biopic, on Sept. 6 to chronicle the life of the young, vibrant actress who died too soon. The ‘Clueless’ actress had a long battle with prescription drugs and became extremely bothered by the amount of negative press she received on a daily basis.
The movie will also include the stories of her husband and mother. To read a full synopsis, click here!
