The mother of four, 45, shocked everyone on the season six finale when she threw her prosthetic leg at her co-stars while they dined at Manhattan's prestigious Le Cirque restaurant. The toss happened after the other reality stars said she lied about her health in order to avoid several trips.
"The only thing that is artificial, or fake about me, is this," Drescher said and threw her prosthetic leg across the table.

The 5-foot-10 star explained the intense moment in an interview with Extra and justified her actions.
"You know, sometimes my leg just gets away from me," she said. "I was actually very much provoked all season long and attacked and I just got to my wits end."
She added: "I don't care what people call me. I know who I am and I'm very secure with what I do and what kind of a person I am. But, it's not really right to call me untruthful and after ten times of being told that I was making up a physical ailment - which I would never do, I'm in the business of helping people get out of physical ailments - I just lost my leg."
In the meantime, Ramona Singer, Sonja Morgan, Kristen Taekman, Heather Thomson and Carole Radziwill are all expected to return next season.
