The phrases pre-nup and fashion week are rarely used in the same sentence. In fact, it is safe to say that the two events are on totally different ends on the sprectrum of thought. Still, there's always an exception to the norm. If you haven’t noticed by now, most people don’t think like vibrant designer Betsey Johnson… And that’s what makes it so easy to fall in love with her persona and clothes.

Michael Kors #NYFW Show was Truly Fabulous! See it HERE!

Betsey Johnson’s Spring 2015 Collection showed earlier today during New York Fashion Week at the Lincoln Center tents. When our Enstars reporter arrived on the scene, Johnson was running around (literally) with her adorable granddaughters Layla and Ella. Dress rehearsal started. The proud visionary stood and applauded each model that walked down the runway.

Soon after, the press rushed in and the seats were filled. The celebrity guests like Christina Milian, Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore, and former America’s Next Top Model judges Ms. Jay and Nigel Barker took their front row seats to enjoy the show. Then, the fun really began.

Johnson’s first models to strut their stuff were there to make a statement. Two men, holding a black and white flower bouquet together, smiled and made their way down the runway. Next, two women did the same. Her entire show, which included a close by uber-fabulous drag queen Sharon Needles, was in support of different types of love and what to do if it does not work out.

The obvious, and most entertaining, pun came as several Real Housewives walked in the show. Get it? RHOA star Cynthia Bailey walked, as well as former RHOBH’s Camille Grammer and RHONY’s Kristin Taekman. To add even more reality spice, Logo personality William Belli and the world’s first transgender model (on ANTM) Isis King sashayed down the white runway.

The clothes matched the theme of the show, as sheer wedding dresses and lots of booties were on display. Each piece, similar to its’ designer, had a bit of spunk adding a new level of individuality to the normal wedding-day-wear. Some might say the show was a little over the top, but fashsionistas do not go to Betsey Johnson without a major need to be entertained. By the time the 72-year-old did her famous cartwheel to close the show (and did a small dance with DWTS partner Tony Dovolani), the audience was that and then some.
