News of Teresa and Joe selling their home hit headlines earlier this week. But the source also told the source that the reality TV couple did not expect it to get out as quickly. They immediately axed their realtor because they thought that is where the leak came from.
"Joe and Teresa were stunned when media reports revealed the house was going to be put up for sale, even before it the market," the source added.
The Giudices and their four daughters, Miliana, Audriana, Gia and Gabriella, moved in to the home in 2008. But Joe and Teresa actually pursed it back in 2002. They purchased the home for $530,000. Now it's worth $1.2 million. But they are set to put it on the market for nearly $4 million.
All of this comes as Teresa and Joe prepare for their federal fraud sentence. They pleaded guilty to tax evasion and loan fraud. Their sentence was set for September 23 but it was postponed to October 2.
Joe could get up to 47 months and deported back to Italy while Teresa faces up to 27 months.
