It looks like the pop-rock romance between Avril Lavigne and Chad Kroeger might be coming to an end.

On Wednesday, Us Weekly reported that the two might be a done deal, and that the lead singer of Nickleback is telling people about it.
"It's over," a source told the magazine. "He has been going around L.A. telling people that they are divorcing."

Kroeger and Lavigne got married in July 2013 so the split would happen just more than a year after they tied the knot.
Even though a divorce hasn't been made official just yet, a source told Hollywood Life that the two have been spending time apart where the "Complicated" singer wasn't wearing a special present that her husband gave her.
"Avril was partying with a bunch of her girlfriends," a source told the site when the singer was allegedly at Chateau Marmont in late August. "She wasn't wearing the huge diamond rock her husband Chad gave her as a gift on their first wedding anniversary."
According to the insider, Lavigne seemed to enjoy herself with her friends although the fact that she and her husband haven't been spotted might cause some people to wonder if there are some issues taking place.
"She looked like she was having a fun time, but it's kind of strange because she hasn't been out in public with Chad for some time now," the source said.
