Finally, the season four premiere of Scandal is upon us. Obviously, it's been an entire summer of calm, mellow Thursdays at the beach with your friends and such. Understandably, your heart and mind may not immediately remember how to watch the ShondaLand show without completely shutting down from all of the shock and plot twists. But, not to worry, Enstars has a list of ways #Gladiators can prepare for the madness that is only hours away.

CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT WE WILL KNOW WHERE OLIVIA IS, IN LIKE 4 HOURS?

Also, this list is super important to read because now, there are TWO shows that are planned to completely blow fans away. Don't forget about How to Get Away With Murder (**Viola Davis voice**).

1. If you can, get a nap in before 8pm (especially if you plan to watch Grey's Anatomy, too). Studies show that a good chunk of sleep is good for the body and after tonight's premiere, your body will need some extra energy to recuperate.

2. Meditate from right now until you pick up your remote to turn to ABC. All #gladiators should have a clear, open mind to the array of possibilities of where Olivia Pope might be. This is ShondaLand people, you will never guess.

3. Engage in a series of thumb exercises to ensure minimal cramping during the Twitter-takeover that is only hours away. Here are a few good ones.

4. Purchase your favorite red wine to feel like Olivia and to calm your nerves once you see how the writers decided to kill off Columbus/Harrison.

LAWD.

5. Re-watch the last episode and take notes so you don't forget ANYTHING. During the last episode, so much happened! Shonda herself probably forgot it by now.

6. CANCEL ALL PLANS AFTER 9PM. It's a given at this point. Thursdays now longer belong to you and your social life. It's about Shonda. All about Shonda. If you absolutely need to be around someone, they have to watch it with you. No exceptions. So, if someone makes plans at that time, just ask them...

7. Drink a warm cup of tea to soothe your vocal chords after the premieres of both Scandal and How to Get Away With Murder-- because, obviously, you'll have to have a voice to talk about it at work tomorrow.

HAPPY TGIT!

Scandal returns tonight at 9/8c on ABC. Watch the trailer.
