The drama between singer K. Michelle & music executive Mickey "Memphitz" Wright has resurfaced after documents of their court case depositions surfaced, now his cousin's side of the story has also been revealed.

Memphitz is suing the Can't Raise A Man singer as well as Viacom and Love & Hip Hop Atlanta creator Mona Scott Young's company Monami for claims K. Michelle made not he show that he beat and abused her one night.

Entertainment blog TheYBF got a hold of both K. Michelle and Memphitz's court documents Saturday that also disclose his cousin, Nikayla Miller's account of what she witnessed.

According to the documents, Wright had already been detained by police and was in the back of a squad car when Miller arrived to the scene. As for K. Michelle, whose real name is Kimberly Michelle Pate, she was "on a bench outside of the hotel, 'hysterical' and crying, disheveled with messed-up hair and smeared and runny make-up."

From Miller's perspective, Wright did seem upset, but not high on marijuana, which he said was the reason police put him in custody rather than the incident with K. Michelle.

Miller also said that Wright told her K. Michelle is actually the one who began the ordeal when she used a water bottle to assault him. The two then tussled on the floor before Wright asked K. Michelle to be quiet. When he released K. Michelle she took off out of the room and screamed down the hall that Memphitz was trying to end her life.
