Amanda Bynes Arrested: Formerly Troubled Actress Taken Into Custody For DUI, Relapsing After Going Back To School & Moving Out Of Parent’s Home? [PHOTOS]
Despite seeming to be back on track and getting her life in order following a tumultuous 2012 and 2013, former child star Amanda Bynes has been arrested once again for DUI.

The former All That star and comedian was arrested September 28 around 3 a.m. by the California Highway Patrol after she was pulled over and determined to be driving while under the influence of a controlled substance. She was held at the Van Nuys, Calif. Station and held on $15,000 bail before being released later that afternoon.
TMZ reports she was under the influence of weed at the time, and that her parents' conservatorship ended earlier this month, causing the actress to once again spiral out of control.

"Things started going haywire," sources told the website.
The arrest comes months after the actress was reportedly doing so well following a forced rehab stay in 2013 that she was allegedly looking to move out of her parents' home and get a place of her own.
A source told In Touch Weekly back in July that the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising student was considering a move out of her parents' Thousand Oaks home to Los Angeles, closer to her school's campus, which would cut down on her commute to classes.
"She is motivated to get her degree," the source said at the time. "Amanda has been looking for apartments in downtown LA for a couple of weeks."
The arrest comes a little over a year after the actress was placed in an involuntary 5150 psychiatric hold after setting a fire in her parents' neighbor's driveway in July 2013, the latest bizarre event in a long series of increasingly erratic behaviors at the time. She was released in December and had been living with her parents and attending classes since.
The former actress was constantly the subject of speculation that something was wrong with her after she was often spotted wandering around in New York wearing multi-colored wigs, and went off on random tirades on Twitter where she taunted several other celebs and even her own family members by calling them "ugly."
After she was placed in the involuntary hold, she was reported as having been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia, something her mother, Lynn, denied was the truth in April of this year.
"Amanda has no mental illness whatsoever. She has never been diagnosed as schizophrenic or bipolar," Lynn said at the time. "Amanda is very sorry for all the hurtful tweets, statements and actions that occured while she was under the influence of marijuana."
Bynes was also arrested in New York in May 2013 and charged with marijuana possession and reckless endangerment after she was caught smoking pot in the lobby of her apartment building, and later tossed a bong out of her 36th floor apartment window. A judge dismissed those charges earlier this year after she remained out of trouble for six months and attended counseling sessions twice a week.
