Penelope Garcia (Kirsten Vangsness) will grant a criminal's last wish, much to the chagrin of her colleagues like Derek Morgan (Shemar Moore), the preview of the upcoming episode, entitled Burn, of Criminal Minds reveals.

In the brief clip, Garcia is seen talking to a criminal on death row, who was nabbed by the BAU. He requests she grant him his last wish, is to have someone there with him, as he has noone else he seeks Garcia to be there for his death sentence, on his side. To make matters worse the perpetrator had tried to kill to agents from the team. Cut to Morgan, who is dismayed at Garcia wanting him to watch her back as she goes to meet the criminal and curtly tells her that he won't be there for her. "Let me know when you're done washing his feet," he adds.

In other related spoilers for the rest of the season, TVGuide reported that Morgan and Savannah (Rochelle Aytes) will be "still going strong" in season 10 and that Savannah will return in episode 7 of this chapter of Criminal Minds.

In fact, Moore had himself hinted at the fact that things will be going really well for the couple in season 10. The actor spoke to Huffington Post Canada revealing that the next chapter of the show would feature "a lot of gems."

"I'm grateful that Derek has a girlfriend. It's about time he got some! I'm glad the romance has shown new layers to the character," he said. "There are a lot of gems this season. This show is more character-driven than most procedurals."

Later, a behind-the-scenes image of Moore and Aytes on the set of filming for season 10 of the show was revealed. The photo was posted on the show's "CM_SetReport" Twitter account and the duo are seen in holding on to their coffee in casual clothes. The caption for the picture reveals that the filming for the seventh episode of the tenth season if underway.

Season 10 premiered on CBS on October 1.

Episode 2 will air on October 8.
