Movie star Dakota Fanning is dating a man who's more than a decade older than she is, but she revealed that this is not bothering her at all.
On Friday, Just Jared posted some comments that the actress made during her interview with The Times. Fanning is apparently in a relationship with Jamie Strachan who is 13 years older than her. Despite the age difference, the actress revealed that things seem to be going smoothly in their relationship and she's just doing what she wants.
"I'm super-happy," she said. "I think love is very important and it's really fun to have someone to experience things with. It makes everything a bit more special."

Fanning also dished on how there are people who only do certain things because they feel like they're supposed to. But when it comes to her love life, she made it clear that she is in charge of her choices no matter what others say.
"People love who they love and you go with that," she said. "People get so stuck in rules for life. You go with what feels right."
Strachan is a U.K. model and according to an E! News article from September 2013, there is something about his personality that could have caused some attraction from Fanning. A source told the site that the model is "very shy and incredibly nice and sweet." Strachan has also apparently modeled for Hugo Boss, Calvin Klein and Gucci.
