They've been married just over a month, but work commitments already appear to be keeping Jenny McCarthy and Donnie Wahlberg separate.

McCarthy was spotted doing some shopping in New York with her mother on October 1, as the two perused the jewelry counters at Barney's Department Store. According to The Daily Mail, she is in New York as a part of the promotional tour for her Dirty Sexy Funny Comedy Show.
While she has been on the East Coast however, her husband has been staying behind in L.A., preparing for when his band, New Kids on the Block, receive their star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, which is scheduled to happen on October 9.

It is the first time she and Wahlberg have been apart since marrying in a Chicago ceremony on August 31.
Though he is currently away from his wife, Wahlberg appears to be extremely excited about receiving his star, as he tweeted about it to all of his fans (known as BH's-or block heads-on twitter) on October 2.
"Am I the only one packing my bags for the Walk of Fame already?" he tweeted out, before following up with another message to his fans.
"The bad news? All BH's can not all be there. The good news? That star will be laying on that sidewalk forever! Thanks to ALL of you. Xox," he wrote to the fans.
It is unclear if McCarthy will be back in L.A. to support her husband when the ceremony takes place.
