LeAnn Rimes wants to set the record straight about a certain rumor about her family. The country singer has gone on the record to deny claims that she "photoshopped" herself into a family photo during their recent vacation to the Monterey Bay Aquarium in California.

When a Twitter follower asked her to clarify what happened, Rimes responded on Friday with, "I promise you it's not! Same day, love my family, love my stepsons! Done, forget this craziness now!"

Just last month, Rimes posted the alleged photo on her Twitter account on Sunday and captioned it with, "Thank you @MontereyAq our family had the best time!! #seaotters #askforemilyforaprivatetour."

According to Fish Wrapper it appeared as though Rimes might have included herself in the picture-perfect family photo. They write, "The child immediately on LeAnn's left looks cut in two-thirds. Perfectly, flawlessly trimmed in two-thirds. I mean, have you ever actually seen such a perfect silhouette blocking a Levi's logo in your entire life? Probably not."

The site adds, "Not quite sure what LeAnn's resting her boot on, but it looks... well, being a non-Photoshop certified expert, the only terminology acceptable is "off." Something about that floating boot looks off."

Rimes has been married to Cibrian since 2011, who shares custody of his two sons, Mason and Jake, with his ex-wife Brandi Glanville.
