Page Six reported that the 39-year-old and husband Tim Leissner are expecting their first child together. The model-turned-fashion designer is reportedly four months along.
Simmons and the investment banker secretly tied the knot earlier this year. Her ex-husband revealed the news on social media with a kind tweet.

"All of us love @OfficialKimora but the fact is she is happily married," business mogul Russell Simmons tweeted in February. "Tim has been in the family for a while now."
He also joked, "Oh. And.. Tim is not Russian. Lol."
The former couple divorced in 2009 after more than ten years of marriage. They have two daughters together - Ming, 14, and Aoki, 12. Simmons also has a 5-year-old son Kenzo with actor Djimon Hounsou. The Guardians of the Galaxy star and Simmons split in 2012.
"Relationships do change throughout the course of your life, and I always think in terms of relationships changing and evolving rather than starting and stopping," she told the U.K.'s Daily Mail in March 2013 after the breakup.
As for keeping in touch with her exes, Simmons said, "Gosh, it's not always so easy, but I try to do everything from the viewpoint of what's best for my kids. I have three kids and two great dads and it's not always easy, but you have to try to be a little selfless and we manage just fine."
