Olympic gymnast McKayla Maroney did some charismatic modeling for Adidas ads that show just how flexible she really is.

On Monday, Jezebel posted a couple of photos from Maroney's photo shoot where she dons a black and white jacket with tight peach colored pants. The first image that stands out shows the gymnast doing the splits with one leg straddled out in front of the other. In a side shot, Maroney smiles for the camera where she is more stretched out than just the standard split.
Maroney's front foot rests on a bench even though she is sitting on the ground beneath her foot; she is extending her leg even more yet she looks pretty comfortable. In other photos, she's lying on the grass and jumping in the air.
McKayla Maroney's Instagram Photo Receives Nasty Comments?
In an interview with Adidas, the gymnast mentioned that she is currently training for the next Olympics, which is requiring spending time at the gym basically all the time.
"I'm in the gym 24/7- it's really enjoyable but at the end of the day, I also think about the bigger picture," she shared. "I really want to act and sing later in my life so I've been taking those kinds of classes. I have lots of different goals and dreams- winning the Olympics was just one of them."
Maroney then explained how she's been able to accomplish a lot lately because she works hard for it.
"I've learned in life to do what you love and what makes you happy- it will always be worth it," she said.
