The singer talked a little about appreciating the life he has and what he thinks of the video for his racy single Somewhere In My Car in an interview with Fox 411 Country on Tuesday (featured below).
"However busy my life might be, every single one of those people out there are like 'I'll do that, give me those problems, give that sort of a day' and you know I whine and complain about it from time to time and become ungrateful and then I gotta slap myself around and go 'wow, this is a real gift.'"

"This stuff doesn't last forever," added the musician. "You know people go 'oh the phone, it just won't stop ringing' and I always go, 'oh, it'll stop ringing.'"
As for his new single's video, Urban approves in spite of the reservations wife and actress Nicole Kidman initially had after viewing it for this first time.
"I watched it with Nic…" explained Urban. "And she's like "Do you… is… is this the video you want?"
The singer justified the content of the video, which includes a couple making out on top of a car in the pouring rain.
"Everyone can relate to love lost," he insisted. "Everyone can relate to reminiscing about somebody particularly if it involves hot crazy make out sessions in a car and that's what you don't have anymore."
With the CMA Awards around the corner, Urban added his input on why the show is so special to him as an artist.
"It's am amazing feeling," he said of having received six nominations, "Because you've got the way the audiences relate to it and the way the industry relates to it and when it can hit on both those levels its magnificent. Because it's still people."
The 48th CMA Awards will air live on ABC Wednesday, Nov. 5 at 8 p.m. ET.
