Teen Mom 2's Janelle Evans has been posting photos of her and her sons at Disney World all week and it's possible this surprise family getaway for five-year-old Jace could turn into something more.
Jenelle Evans Holds Back Against Critics As She Looks To Get Custody of Son
On June 29, Evans and boyfriend Nathan Griffith welcomed their first child, Kaiser, into the world. The three have been living together has a family in North Carolina ever since and as Evans looks to get custody of Jace back from her mother, the couple might just be looking to make things official.
A few days before leaving for Disney, Evans posted some sentimental words to Griffith on Twitter.

In referring to her "children," Evans seemed to be including Jace, which makes it look like her beau could potentially adopt the boy.
Griffith appeared to be on the same page with the sentimentality later that day when he retweeted Evans message and posted one of his own.

Disney World is considered a magical place and if the family is having half as much fun as they claim on Twitter, Griffith could take the opportunity to pop the question and propose to his reality star girlfriend.
