'Gilmore Girls' Reunion: Hep Alien 'Gets The Band Back Together' After 7 Years To Celebrate Series' Debut On Netflix [VIDEO]
This month Netflix began streaming the complete series of popular 2000s darling Gilmore Girls and perhaps to celebrate, the Hep Alien band got back together to play Fell In Love With A Girl.
'Gilmore Girls' Is Now On Netflix
Shortly after Gilmore Girls made its Netflix debut on Oct. 1, actor John Cabrera posted a photo of Hep Alien reuniting after seven years.

'Gilmore Girls' Star Alexis Bledel Marries In Secret
Hep Alien was the band of Rory Gilmore's (Alexis Bledel) best friend Lane Kim (Keiko Agena), which included Brian Fuller (Cabrera) and Lane's eventual husband Zach Van Gerbig (Todd Lowe). All three original band members were featured in Cabrera's photo, which relives the glory of the constantly struggling fictional band.
The reunion could be the doing of real-life rock star Sebastian Bach. The rocker appeared briefly on the series as Gil, who replaced Adam Brody's Dave in the band after Dave went off to college (and Brody went off to The OC).

Gilmore Girls ran on The WB, now The CW, from 2000-07. It quickly received a loyal following as fans tuned in to watch mother daughter duo Lorelei (Lauren Graham) and Rory navigate life, love, and a fast-paced slew of pop culture references.
With scripts nearly twice the length of those for standard hour-long dramas, the program developed a reputation for its wit and smooth-talking stars.
