Apparently, the pop star met a boy named Christopher Villar at a kids camp when she was 10-years-old. The former boyfriend told Life & Style on Thursday that she was his first girlfriend who wrote him a couple romantic letters.
"I was madly in love. The letters came every week, and I sent them every week," Villar said. "Our young romance stayed alive through our letters. Each one was a treasure inscribed and alive in my heart."

The letters can be seen on the site where Perry tells her childhood sweetheart that she admitted she liked him when his mom overheard.
"I was so embarrassed," the letter reads. "Your mom told me to write you and I did. You know how I remember your town is Rolling stones! I'm writing in my car that's why it's so messy. I'm sorry I didn't say bye, but you weren't there! So are you going to go to the motorcycle rally? I am. Well I'll see you next year."
A second letter can be seen on the site- they are reportedly going to be sold on Julien's Auctions for more than $800.
"I feel they should be shared. They show how genuine she truly is and she is the same today as she was back then," Villar said, who found the letters in a box. "Out of all the letters these were the very first two. It's nothing malicious; I would never in a million years want to hurt her."
