McDermott also said that his affair "was more about how I was feeling about myself than having an affair."

Meanwhile, Spelling herself has finally seen a picture of Goodhand for the first time and has reportedly called her "unattractive."

According to Life & Style on Friday, when Spelling saw a photo of Canadian fan Emily Goodhand, she wasn't too impressed.

Spelling said, "Oh god, I'm devastated," when looking at a photo of Goodhand, which has never been published. "Am I b---- if I say I think she's unattractive?"

Spelling later told her therapist on the show, "I was completely blown away by what Emily looked like. I found her unattractive. Before this, I would never have felt threatened by that girl. I'd be like, 'My husband would never,' but now all bets are off."
