The 43-year-old "American Bad A--" singer surprised a superfan with Down Syndrome on his 30th birthday on Oct. 27 at the Union Woodshop in Clarkston, Mich.
The birthday boy, Dan McGurk, was wearing a Kid Rock T-shirt while celebrating with his family at a restaurant before Kid Rock showed up singing “Happy Birthday to You” with a big cake. McGurk appeared speechless and elated.

“The American Bad A-- is here,” McGurk said before blowing out his candles.
The Michigan native even sat down with McGurk and gave him several gifts, including an "American Bad A--" trucker hat, a poster, and an electric guitar with the word "Bada--” written on it. Kid Rock, who later invited McGurk to a future show in Detroit, also autographed the guitar.
“We cannot thank Kid Rock enough for his surprise visit to Dan's 30th #BawitaBirthday party at the Union Woodshop up north!!” the family wrote on the Facebook invite.
Two months prior, McGurk made a YouTube video inviting Kid Rock to his birthday celebration filmed in his room filled with Kid Rock memorabilia.
“I hope you’ll be there for my 30th birthday,” McGurk said. “I hope you come.”
