Despite having a hold on her extended earlier this week, Amanda Bynes is once again freed from involuntary psychiatric treatment and has already taken to Twitter to speak out against her parents and Sam Lufti for tricking her into treatment.

Bynes has gone on a huge Twitter rant, where she once again claimed her father sexually abused her, dissed her parents and Lufti for their alleged roles in getting her into treatment, talked about plans to return to New York, and claimed to have had a cosmetic procedure done recently.

Bynes was reportedly released from the Pasadena facility she spent the last two weeks in on Oct. 30 after a hearing officer decided she was stable enough to no longer be held in an involuntary psychiatric hold.

The release comes just two days after news broke that her hold had been extended for an additional 30 days after initial 72-hour and 14-day holds weren't deemed long enough for her to receive proper treatment.

The stay came after she appeared to relapse to behaviors that landed her in a six-month hold in a facility in the end of 2013, after increasingly disturbing behaviors throughout 2012 and 2013. She was released in December to the care of her parents, whose conservatorship over her ended in August of this year.

Bynes is indeed freed form the facility, as she has been spotted along the Sunset Strip in L.A. and was reportedly also spotted in a diner, where she ate a meal of fried chicken, salmon and two kinds of salad.
