She has once again taken to Twitter to announce plans to have the conservatorship her parents have over her ended, writing on Nov. 4 that she has no money for clothes and other basic necessities because her parents have been controlling the amount of money she can spend-and have kept her from finding a place to live as well.
"I'm so mad at my parents...They are with holding my belongings and money from me so I don't have new clothes or enough money to rent an apartment...We aren't speaking...So until I get a different conservator ill look terrible because I don't have enough money to get new clothes or anything I need," she wrote in a series of tweets.

And though many may not believe Bynes is telling the truth about her current situation, TMZ reports that she is living off of Amex gift cards in the time-being, as her parents are only allowing her to have $50-$100 a day for spending.
They are reportedly giving her the money for living expenses, but are not allowing her to come back to live with them in their Thousand Oaks, California home because they are burnt out after taking care of her earlier this year.
