TV actress Mindy Kaling has apparently become one of the thousands of other women who had the misfortune of receiving street harassment.
B.J. Novak Says Mindy Kaling Is 'Complicated'
The actress took to her Twitter page to reveal an uncomfortable moment that took place in Soho in New York where she not only received some nasty comments, but the guy even followed her for a while.
On Sunday, Kaling wrote, "Does anyone know the crazy guy wandering around Soho with hummus on his face harassing people and singing opera? He followed me for 5 blocks."

Right after this tweet, Kaling wrote, "He told me 'my a-- was much bigger in real life' and insinuated that he knew Jason Sudeikis. Anyone know him? This is all real."
The actress likely found this to be highly inappropriate- especially since she's no stranger to feminism who could have easily experienced harassment like this in the past. This also leaves questions on how Kaling's friend and former boyfriend B.J. Novak feels about this considering the two still seem to care about each other. He hasn't mentioned anything about it, but during one of his last interviews, he referred to Kaling as "complicated."
"A really complicated person and a really complicated friendship, but I won't trade it for anything in the world," Novak told People.
This gives some insight on if their friendship really is working out the way they might want it too. Considering that the two work together on The Mindy Project, that could potentially add a little tension on and off set.
