Big Bank Hank Dead: Sugarhill Gang Rapper Dies From Cancer At 57, Rappers Express Sadness Via Twitter [VIDEO]
Sugarhill Gang rapper Big Bank Hank passed away Tuesday morning after a battle with cancer. He was 57.
Big Paybacc Shot & Killed in Broad Daylight
The rapper, whose real name is Henry Jackson, died at approximately 2 a.m. in New York City.
The South Bronx native was one of the three members of the famous rap group recognized for the 1979 hit "Rapper's Delight.”

"So sad to hear of our brother's passing. Rest in peace Big Bank,” his group members Wonder Mike and Master Gee told TMZ.
