The ever-petulant Dandy Mott (Finn Wittrock) continues to be the main villain on FX's American Horror Story: Freak Show and it looks like he's surviving to the very end of the season.

Wittrock spoke with The Wall Street Journal about Dandy and talked whether or not he would be returning for the fifth season of American Horror Story.

"We're on episode eleven right now and every new episode really adds a new twist and a new dimension to every character and to Dandy especially," Wittrock said. "I feel like I keep kind of digging deeper with each new episode. This was a fun exploration. I think we catch Dandy at a catharsis in his own life, so he's figuring out as we are."

Angela Bassett Discusses 'Connection' Between 'American Horror Story' Characters

Considering he's working on episode 11, it seems to suggest that Dandy isn't going anywhere. It looks like he's definitely surviving much further than Twisty the Clown (John Carroll Lynch), who many believed to be the ultimate villain of the season.

Wittrock has been getting a very positive response for his performance in Freak Show and he seems interested in returning for Season 5 with a new character.

"I don't know if I'll be back. I'd definitely like to do something," he admitted. "I think the great upside of the show is that you don't get stuck into one part. So if I come back, I want to do something completely opposite and different. That's the great thing about it. It's less like doing one show and more like doing a bunch of long-term movies. I'm definitely honored to be a part of it."

American Horror Story: Freak Show airs Wednesdays at 10 p.m. ET/PT on FX.
