Things appear to be looking up for Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran considering the singer is reportedly paying for her lavish home in West Hollywood.

TMZ reported on Saturday that Tran's place of residence costs $4,600 a month. The house is often adorned with Brown's various Lamborghinis on the street.
The house is mighty costly especially for someone who isn't working full-time, but Brown has been helping his girlfriend land beneficial appearances at nightclubs as of lately.
Plus, the neighbors don't seem to mind having this couple in their neighborhood even with Brown's rocky past of not getting along with his neighbors. TMZ reported back in 2011 that in various instances Brown has been regarded as disrespectful for parking in handicap parking spots in his condo's parking garage and more. Then earlier this year in July, TMZ also reported that the singer had a neighbor who threatened to shoot him if he were to step on their property. Hopefully things will remain calm with the new neighbors.
For Brown and Tran to be getting along with the neighbors so far and keeping things pretty low-key is remarkable considering how much drama and scandal has been following the pair lately.
It looks like their relationship is doing better even with new rumors swirling, according to KpopStarz, that Brown is reigniting an old flame with Rihanna.
Brown will be hitting the road in just a couple of months anyway since he recently announced his Between the Sheets Tour with Trey Songz and Tyga so hopefully he'll be on his best behavior while staying with Tran in the swanky digs until he leaves for tour.
