Last week at LAX, the Young Money rapper and music video director Grizz Lee, real name Alex Loucas, made their public debut. At the airport, Minaj spoke to TMZ, confirming she and Lee were officially dating. Unfortunately, the relationship hasn't come without controversy.

Grizz Lee is "making headlines across the nation for his controversial music video," The Inquisitr reported on Nov. 17. "Nicki Minaj recently released the video for her single 'Only,' and it quickly drummed up controversy for its seemingly Nazi imagery."

For months now, Minaj and Samuels have appeared to be separated. Although neither party confirmed the split, and Samuels has tweeted supportive tweets, the pair hadn't been seen together publicly for some time. Then, on Nov. 4, TMZ reported the pair got into a heated debate over the summer.

According to the report, Minaj blew up at Samuels, chasing him out of her home with a baseball bat, and breaking all the windows in his Mercedes Benz. Minaj also reportedly threw Samuels' clothing in the trash.

Cops were called to the home after the argument, but no arrests were made.

As for the controversy surrounding "Only," Minaj has been accused of using images of "flags, armbands, and gas masks," which many felt resembled clothing worn in Nazi Germany. On Twitter, Minaj defended the video, as well as her new man.
