'NCIS: New Orleans' Spoilers: 'Necessary Roughness' Actress Callie Thorne Joins Show With Ties To The Mob [PHOTOS]
Necessary Roughness actress Callie Thorne will head to the Big Easy for a role on NCIS: New Orleans.
According to Entertainment Weekly, the 44-year-old “will play Sasha, the daughter of a mob boss who started a nonprofit organization to give back to the community and try to rehabilitate her image.”
Thorne’s character will help investigators solve a murder case after someone in her life becomes the main suspect.
The actress previously worked with the show’s executive producer Jeff Lieber during her time on Necessary Roughness and he has nothing but positive words to say about her.
“Callie is a unique talent and a bright light as a person,” he said. “Super thrilled to be reunited with her and to have her on our set.”
NCIS: New Orleans airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET on CBS.
And, judging by her Twitter posts below, Thorne is already in New Orleans.
