According to OK! Magazine on Monday, many are speculating that the blonde beauty might have gone under the knife. Ramona's new appearance was first noticed during a recent night out on the town with her good friends.
A source close to the reality star told the site, "Her breasts are extra perky lately. The women couldn't stop squeezing her boobs on the dance floor."

The insider added, "Everyone has plastic surgery when their husband cheats with a younger woman."
Meanwhile, there are also reports that suggest Ramona is "on the prowl" looking for suitors half her age.
According to Radar Online last Wednesday, the 58-year-old reality television star flirted with a bevy of men while at Mastro's Steakhouse Grand Opening celebration in New York City last week.
A source told the site, "Ramona arrived by herself, got a drink at the bar, and hung out while waiting for her girlfriend to meet her. They immediately flocked over to a table with some VERY hot, VERY young men, and flirted relentlessly with them all night."
What's more, it looks as though Ramona is not willing to give her soon-to-be ex-husband any more chances.
