'Law and Order: SVU' Season 16 News: NBC Hit Show Set To Run A Marathon This Thanksgiving Weekend [VIDEO]
What's better than a Law and Order: SVU episode but an SVU marathon plus leftover holiday food.
The NBC hit show recently went on hiatus after airing their Ray Rice inspired episode and now fans are desperately waiting for more.
The SVU marathon will begin on Sunday Nov. 30 at 9 a.m. and last until 11 p.m. on USA Network. That's one long day full of all things SVU.
Sadly fans will have to wait until Dec. 10 to see what the detectives of New York's Special Victims Unit are up to, but this scheduled marathon is a great surprise and will give fans a taste of what to expect in the days to come.
In addition to the marathon, fans were also given an early holiday present when SVU show runner Warren Leight shared the first page of the new script and it will leave fans anxiously sitting on the edge of their seats.

The SVU writer's room also shared a little teaser, a photo on detective Olivia Benson holding a baby who is said to be her adopted son.
The photo is captioned, "#SundayNightSpoiler And a good one for having to wait till 12/10 for #PatternSeventee. Trust us, it'll be worth it."
Law & Order: SVU will return on Wednesday Dec. 10 at p.m. on NBC and viewers can watch a new sneak peek of the brand new episode in the video below.
