After revealing to fans his wife-to-be was six weeks away from her due date, Tyler Baltierra shared some exciting news on Twitter, telling his followers Lowell was "dilated" and "effaced." However, the young mother doesn't appear to have given birth quite yet.
On Friday morning, Lowell debuted a photo of newborn baby girl, but it wasn't hers. "My god daughter came to see me today! #Ariella #loveher @athomas92," Lowell wrote in the caption of the photo of the baby.

Lowell and Baltierra announced their pregnancy in August and have been tweeting of their excitement, and sharing baby bump photos, ever since. The couple, who have been together for 10 years, are currently filming the fifth season of Teen Mom, and if fans are lucky, they'll be seeing Lowell and Baltierra's second journey into parenthood on the show.
They may also see the pair's 2015 wedding.
After becoming engaged years ago, Lowell and Baltierra set a wedding date, but ultimately called of the nuptials because they weren't ready. Instead, the pair signed on to appear on VH1's Couple's Therapy, where they tended to their relationship issues.
Although OK! Magazine published a report on Thursday, claiming Lowell "gives birth," Wetpaint Entertainment claims the dilation and effacing Baltierra referred to in his tweet is normal for someone in the final months of their pregnancy.
