Actress Keke Palmer has spoken out after being just one of several female celebrities whose privacy was invaded when nude photos of them leaked on the Internet recently.

Palmer covers the January 2015 issue of Essence magazine and shared her thoughts on being a victim of the leaks.

"People think they can just put their hands in everything and it's like, No, no, no. The fact that so many celebrity pictures were out there and everybody is elating in the fact that they're a Peeping Tom? You're all Peeping Toms. Everybody that's commenting. In real life, if anybody went to somebody's house and looked at them naked, they would go to jail..."

Palmer, who recently starred as Rozanda "Chilli" Thomas in VH1's CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story, also dished on making history as the first African American to play Cinderella on Broadway.

"I know that the role of Cinderella is primarily for a Caucasian girl, but it didn't stop me from going in and it didn't stop them from seeing me. There is a bit of intimidation. You think about Denzel, Viola Davis, and you think, 'Only great people can do Broadway.' That was the scariest thing about it, but I'm the type who thrives on pressure."

She is also the youngest person to have her own talk show, Just Keke.

The actress went on to dish on her journey of transitioning from a child star to an adult as millions keep their eyes on her to watch her transition. She said that she definitely considers herself a "free spirit" and is growing to "like myself."
