Although reports swirled at the end of last week, claiming the Teen Mom star may have given birth, Lowell's fiance, Tyler Baltierra, set the record straight over the weekend with a telling photo on social media.
On Sunday, Baltierra shared a photo of Lowell standing in front of a window and showing off her baby bump. In the caption, he wrote, "#MamaBear #LoveMyGirls."

Lowell and Baltierra announced their pregnancy in August, after telling In Touch Weekly they were ready to have a baby. As Teen Mom fans will recall, Lowell gave birth to her and Baltierra's first child, a daughter named Carly, during their 2009 episode of 16 & Pregnant, and chose adoption for the child. This time around, Lowell and Baltierra are prepared for their pregnancy.
"I would've felt guilty if I got pregnant again when Carly was 1 or 2. But we've both been yearning for this," Lowell told the magazine in April. "We're ready to have a baby!"
That wasn't the case, however, in 2009, when Lowell became pregnant as a teen.
“I was too young when I got pregnant with Carly — I was sad and scared,” Lowell explained. Now, things have changed. In addition to having stable careers, Lowell said she and Baltierra have "learned from what our parents did wrong. Tyler and I own our own home, have two cars and actually have money to support a kid."
Lowell and Baltierra's baby is due in mid-January.
