'Cake Boss' Buddy Valastro was selected to host Ultimo, a weekend of excellence, at the Venetian with celebrity chefs Daniel Boulud and Emeril Lagasse; the drunk driving incident seems to have little to no imapct on Valastro's career.

This event was a luxurious weekend kicked off with the spectacular Grand Banquet in the iconic Grand Colonnade featuring a single breathtaking table that hosted nearly 200 guests this weekend, Broadway World reported on Tuesday.

Celebrity Chefs Boulud and Lagasse prepared a decadent dinner fit for royalty that ended with a magnificent ten-story cake from Buddy "Cake Boss" Valatro.

On Saturday morning guests were treated to a selection of luxury experiences starting with a French brunch hosted by Chef Boulud at his new restaurant db Brasserie, where guests enjoyed French-American classics and champagne.

Following brunch, guests participated in a private baking class from The Cake Boss himself at Buddy V's Ristorante. The restaurant is a race car experience at Exotic Racing where guests drove the latest luxury sports cars at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, relaxed at the gorgeous Canyon Ranch Spa Club, and enjoyed an exclusive fashion show and experience.

At the Dine Around experience part of the event, guests sampled dishes from The Venetian's collection of gourmet restaurants. Buddy Valastro was on hand at the event making sure guests enjoyed their food and experience. Guests were reportedly going back for thirds of Buddy Valastro's lasagna.

It's clear the that drunk driving incident that took place last November is having a minimal impact the success of The Cake Boss' career.
